File storage limits and the final service terms will be confirmed before paid enrollment. Payment processing fees, applicable taxes and third-party services are separate. Live donations require a church payment account; Harbor does not yet process live donations or run payroll payments.

During the pilot, approved church owners can invite staff, volunteers and members. Every church has its own workspace and permissions.
When paid plans open
The church owner will choose whether to subscribe. Billing will renew monthly until canceled, with cancellation available through the billing portal before the next renewal.
